Minsik Hong, MSc

Minsik Hong is a Graduate Research Assistant and Ph. D student in Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at the University of Arizona. He holds a Master degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) from POSTECH, South Korea and Bachelor degree in ECE from Sungkyunkwan University, South Korea. Before joining the lab, he developed storage devices such as Optical Disk Drive and SSD controller at LG Electronics. His research interests are Robotics, Artificial Intelligence and Control System. Currently, he focuses on developing Computer Assisted Surgical Trainer system. During his leisure time, he likes watching Baseball game and listening K-pop music.
